We hope that you, your organization, and your families are staying healthy and safe through this difficult period.
Go Power! continues to operate remotely and ship orders, and we have made some changes to our day-to-day operations that we wanted to make you aware of:
- The Go Power! Headquarters team has begun to work from home, keeping our daily office functions operational, including customer service, tech support, sales, accounting, marketing, operations and engineering.
- All communication with Valterra is operational including (e-mail, phone, web chats) so please continue to communicate with us as you normally would
- Our customer and tech support phones continue to be operational and available as a resource for both customers and consumers
We will continue to operate this way unless instructed otherwise by our government. If there are any changes to our operations, we will update you immediately.
These are internal changes that have been made with the hope that you, our customers, dealers, and end users, are largely unaffected.
If you have any changes in your normal operation, especially in your ability to receive shipments or you have adjusted your procedures, please let us know.
We appreciate your business and all the support that has been given during this trying time.
Go Power! Customers,
March 20th, 2020
There have been closures of many businesses across Canada and the United States, and during this uncertain time we are asking our customers and dealers to keep lines of communication open. If your business is unable to accept shipments at this time, please let us know. Go Power! is taking the following actions as of March 20th, 2020:
- Go Power! will be holding any shipment going to California unless directed otherwise.
- Any new orders received by Go Power should have confirmation that the shipment can be received.
- We will also be reviewing the orders in the backlog and will start contacting those customers for confirmation.
During this difficult period, please know that your safety and the safety of our employees remains our top priority.

Dear Customers and Partners,
We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for everyone — a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty. Our thoughts go out to each one of you, and your families.
We understand the importance of the products and services we provide to you and your business. In response to the current situation, we’ve implemented our business continuity plan which examines all areas of business operations. We have also taken actions to ensure continued service to our customers.
First and foremost, our plan ensures the health and safety of our employees, so we can continue to deliver and support the products you count on. Considering the most recent news and announcements from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) our employees can work from home, enabling us to keep our support open to you. Please be patient with us as call wait times may be longer than expected.
These precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, to support our employees in this challenging time, and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our customer, for the long term. Our senior leadership team remains vigilant and is monitoring the situation in real time and responding rapidly as conditions evolve.
We are also closely monitoring our supply-chain. We are working with all our vendors and partners to ensure delivery timelines remain as expected. Please keep lines of communication open if your work situation changes, and communication methods are affected due to the COVID-19 outbreak, or if delivery and visitor guidelines for your organization change. Our team is available to help ensure your deliveries can be made.
We appreciate your business and we look forward to working with you closely and making it through this stressful time.
Please be safe and stay healthy.
- The Go Power! Team
